Rule 15
Professional Hunting License
(1) The Chief may issue a license of
a professional hunter to the person who is experienced in the
management of the necessary apparatus for the hunting and travel
campaign groups, in both the Mountain and Terai regions of Nepal, for a
long time and having the knowledge of the Acts and the Rules framed
under the Act and by7
taking the fees as pursuant to Schedule -1.
(2) The license issued as pursuant to Sub-rule (1) shall be valid
for one year. The person desiring to obtain this type of license shall
submit the certificate of proficiency to operate the concerned activities
and other certificates showing his/her economic status, while applying
for the license.

(3) The chief if deemed necessary may prescribe additional terms
and restrictions that has to be followed by the person receiving the
license licensee as pursuant to Sub-rule (1) and such licensee shall not
be allowed to hunt any wildlife even in any circumstances except for
self-protection or to stop the wounded wildlife from escaping which has
been injured by the person obtaining the hunting license.
